While the name doesn't follow our naming conventions at all, this album is surprisingly resonant to someone like me who's actually from there. We had a massive recession in the 1990s, so the choice of year combined with the melancholic tone makes it quite the listening experience (even if it does bring up painful memories). r3troguy
